How do I submit my logo or artwork?
Email us your artwork after checkout in any of these formats: PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum). Our design team will review your files and contact you if any adjustments are needed. For best results, vector files (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS) are preferred.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! We provide a complimentary digital proof for every order within 24-48 business hours of artwork submission. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

What if I don't have a design ready?
Our in-house design team can help create or optimize your artwork. Basic design services are complimentary, while complex design work starts at $45/hour. Contact our design team to discuss your needs.

Are there additional fees I should know about?
Standard setup fees range from $25-75 depending on the customization method. Rush orders, PMS color matching, and shipping are additional. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
